Meet Tanya
TAG Founder & CEO
Tanya is a UCLA Water Polo Alum, 4x NCAA Champion, and former USA Women’s National Team member, and founder of TAG Performance Inc. After competing at the highest collegiate and international levels, she transitioned into the performance apparel space, becoming one of JOLYN’s first sales reps in 2010. With a deep understanding of athletes and team needs, she spent years building strong relationships in the aquatic community across the globe. Today, Tanya brings her experience and passion to TAG, leading her talented team in event sales and team outfitting.
Meet Mackenzie
Senior Team Sales Representative
A retired professional athlete, I now find joy in slowing down through holistic practices such as yoga, breathwork, art-making, and sustainable living. I embody that same balance and creativity in my work, offering tailored solutions and flexibility for all. With nearly a decade of startup experience supporting customers and sales teams, I love making the process easy, personal, and enjoyable. I’m excited to take my athletic and professional expertise to the next level with TAG Performance, helping teams of all levels achieve top performance and style. An insider aquatics' perspective, combined with logistics management, so that you can enjoy the season!
Meet Amber
Senior Team Sales Representative
Amber has been with TAG Performance since day one, bringing a background as a competitive athlete and over 20 years of combined experience coaching swimming and water polo. She enjoys working directly with teams to make the gear ordering process straightforward and efficient for everyone involved. Her goal is to handle the logistics seamlessly so coaches and athletes can stay focused on achieving their dreams.
Meet Kelley
Team Sales Development
A former Division I swimmer at New Mexico State University, Kelley set six school records and earned top finishes at the Western Athletic Conference Championships. Her dedication to the sport continued post-college, where she became a U.S. Masters National Champion in multiple events and qualified for the Olympic Trials in 2016.
Kelley has been an active part of the swimming community both on deck as a coach and as a sales representative with JOLYN for 6 years across 10 southwestern states. She is currently working full time as a head coach in Scottsdale, AZ, placing a strong emphasis on technical growth, consistency, and confidence-building within her team.
Kelley is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience and is consistently inspired by the swimming community.
Meet Caren
Team Sales Development
Caren brings a lifelong background in competitive swimming to TAG Performance, beginning with age-group and club swimming and continuing through a Division I collegiate program in New York. After college, she transitioned to ocean lifeguarding in New Jersey, competing in surf lifesaving and representing Team USA internationally on two occasions. Her professional experience includes over a decade in the aquatics industry with JOLYN, where she served as a Northeast sales representative and event lead from 2013–2020 before becoming Team Sales Director from 2021–2024. Now based in Pennsylvania and navigating youth sports as a parent of three boys, Caren brings a uniquely well-rounded athlete, professional, and parent perspective to her role in Team Sales at TAG Performance.
Meet Kelly
Team Sales Development
Kelly’s passion for swimming began at a young age as she participated in club swim, which helped shape her commitment to lofty goals by way of teamwork. A dedicated swimmer who competed at the Division 1 level at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kelly has leveraged her competitive drive to propel a career out of the water in Sales. She served as a Regional Sales representative for JOLYN from 2017 to 2021, gaining valuable experience in the swim industry. From 2021 to 2025, she continued a career in aquatics through Team Sales and Merchandising with a regional leader in the industry. Kelly brings her rich experience to our customers and is excited to join the TAG Team!
Meet Katie
Event Sales Lead
Katie is a Chapman University graduate and former collegiate swimmer with a degree in Strategic and Corporate Communication. She brings experience in brand marketing, social media, content creation, and event promotion, giving her a strong understanding of both athlete and consumer perspectives. In her role at TAG, she plans and manages JOLYN pop-up events and team sales across Orange County and Southern California, combining her passion for community engagement with hands-on event leadership to help grow TAG’s presence within the aquatic community.
Meet Gabby
Operations & Customer Success
Gabby moved from Washington to San Diego a few years ago and began working with Tanya and supporting JOLYN pop-ups shortly after. She has been a JOLYN pop-up Rep for several years and loves helping customers find the perfect suit. She’s an expert in JOLYN sizing, styles, colors, and prints. If you see Gabby at a pop-up, be sure to say hello! We're excited to take on a larger role this year with Team Sales and customer success and fulfillment.
Meet Saporro
Team Mascot & Chief Barketing Officer (CBO)
Sapporo burst onto the JOLYN Socal Pop-Up scene in 2020, serving as the fluffy, four-legged face of the brand alongside her mom, Tanya. She spent the pandemic years patrolling West Coast pool decks, proving that a well-timed tail wag is the ultimate tool for boosting both morale and sales. She takes her ambassador duties seriously, and remains tirelessly committed to customer satisfaction and spreading joy when she makes an appearance at a team fitting or uniform delivery.
